How do I download a file?
Open the item and choose Download. Free files download immediately. Premium files need an active Gold or Platinum plan. The link stays valid for a short time, so start the download when you are ready.
What is included in each plan?
Silver includes a monthly download allowance of standard files. Gold adds premium courses, faster delivery, and email support. Platinum removes the download cap and adds team features and dedicated support. Current prices are on the Plans page.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel before the renewal date. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
